· Preferred experience- Regional or National brands in apparel/footwear/accessories/backpack/luggage |

· Job knowledge- customer handling, stock management, including display and inventory, working knowledge on point of sales. |

1. Linguistic skills - communication (ability to read, write and speak fluently in English and local language). |

2. Operational Skills- data management (tools like excel), maintaining customer Data base. |

3. People Skills- customer management, handling customer objection. |
|
· Personality traits- energetic, learning quotient, focus on customer, products and processes. |

· Education- 10th standard |

· Other requirements- Should know the regional language (spoken), basic arithmetic, usage of system like email. |

· Non-negotiables- experience in sales retail, Ability to communicate in English and preferred local language, having the right set of documents (appointment letter, salary slip etc.). |
